About OKLA
OKLA takes your medicines from first submission to the patient in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi. One partner covers registration, local representation, distribution and market uptake.
Okla Life Sciences Limited was founded in 2016 as Graypharm Consulting Limited. We combine regulatory work, local representation, a licensed wholesale arm in Uganda and a regional distributor network. Our team brings about 20 years of commercial and regulatory experience with multinational and generic principals in East Africa.
Approval is not access. A medicine helps patients only when it is registered, supplied, prescribed and taken. OKLA manages the whole route to the patient for you — one accountable partner instead of a separate agent, importer and promoter in each country.
What we do for manufacturers
We can act as your registration agent, your local representative and your route to market in one agreement.
- Registration: CTD dossier review, gap analysis, compilation and submission, then renewals, variations and query responses.
- Local representation: Local Technical Representative (LTR) services and day-to-day liaison with each national regulator.
- Quality and safety: GMP inspection readiness, CAPA follow-up, adverse event reporting, PSURs and safety communications.
- Importation and distribution: Our licensed wholesale arm in Uganda imports, stores and supplies your products, with partner distributors across the region.
